  • Hatha Yoga

    Hatha yoga is about balancing the body and mind. ‘Ha’ represents the esoteric sun, and ‘tha’ the moon. The practice of Hatha yoga aims to join or balance these two energies. During the class, it involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques (pranayama). 

  • Aerial Yoga

    Aerial yoga consists of the same poses as a traditional yoga class. The main difference is that you swap a yoga mat for a silk hammock. The hammock is suspended from the ceiling and supports your body as you work through each flow. Aerial yoga can be a great way to de-stress, build strength, increase flexibility, and enhance your mind-body connection. Lots of participants also say it can increase confidence and promote body positivity. Plus, it’s super-fun.
